Mr. Carlsen has been a prominent business leader in Norwegian industrials and renewables for 30+ years. He was until recently the CEO of Scatec AS for 13 years, where he was a driving force in building Norway's largest renewable company. Before his tenure at Scatec, he held various executive positions in Kværner, Aker Solutions and Aker ASA. Mr. Carlsen holds a Master of Science degree from Florida Institute of Technology.

Commercial lawyer and co-founder of Scandi Energy. Mr. Stemre has run his own legal practice for 30 years focusing on M&A, mostly in the Aquaculture sector. Tom Stemre is also a co-founder and legal advisor for a number of start-up ventures (e.g. Aqua Bio Technology ASA, Patogen Analyse AS etc.), and has experience from numerous directorships.

Commercial lawyer and managing partner / Chairman of leading law firms in Oslo for 35 years. Led a number of national & international ventures, including listed companies with emphasis on energy, offshore rigs and petroleum fields. Wide experience from directorships within these fields. Educated at Oslo University and holds a LLM from Temple University, PA.

Accomplished entrepreneur and industrialist. Mr. Schulze took charge of a small family-owned electro installation company in 1982 and has since transformed it into a multinational company with footprint in the Nordic and Baltic countries with a global customer base – before divesting the company in February 2022.
